Study: Ohio highways get passing grade (BizJournals)
Central Ohioans may grumble about traffic congestion on highways around Columbus and their complaints wouldn’t be unjust, a study has concluded. But the examination by the Reason Foundation also says the condition of Ohio’s roads in general is far better than in other states.
