Ohio Supreme Court to probe drunken driving pleas in Waverly court (CentralOhio.com)

COLUMBUS (AP) - The Ohio Supreme Court will investigate why people accused of drunken driving in Waverly were allowed to plead guilty to lesser charges while donating money to a city fund, a spokesman for the high court said.
